HOW IT WORKS

The patented Suspended Climbing System involves the use of stationary roller chains fixed at the top and bottom of the vertical length to be traveled. The system is comprised of two heat-treated steel rollers and a heat-treated chain sprocket. They are arranged in such a manner that the power chain sprocket retained by two steel rollers is able to ascend and descend the fixed roller chain.

This new system requires no bending of a roller chain around the sprocket. It has almost none of the wear and fatigue problems associated with steel cable when used for the same purpose.
